Returns?

Your order is a custom-made product, which is why cancellation or return is generally not possible. Please refrain from returning goods to us without permission and without consulting us. Each item ordered is individually manufactured and is not a stock item, with the exception of hardware and travel or training offers.

Wrong or faulty goods?

Please refrain from returning damaged items or faulty goods without prior consultation. It is best to send an email to info[at]gs-motorradmagazin.de and attach a picture (mobile phone) of the item with the fault. Of course, you will receive a replacement or your money back immediately - that is guaranteed. Of course, I and my fulfillment partners try to avoid mistakes and sometimes it happens that damage can occur during transport. But wherever there is a "saw, there are shavings", and that is also the case with us. There is no reason to attack me or my fulfillment partners personally. I will of course take care of resolving the problem immediately, you can rely on that 100%.

Where do the products come from?

We only source goods from socially responsible companies with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in Germany, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal and a few items in the USA. Unless otherwise stated, the entire clothing collection is made on blanks from the above countries.

Will my order arrive without problems?

We use FedEx, DHL; DPD and in a few exceptions USPS (United States Postal Service) for deliveries/orders from the USA to Europe.

98% of all deliveries within Europe are made without customs duties and additional costs, mostly by DHL, DPD or UPS.

All of our shipments from the US leave the US and will likely spend time in customs in the country the shipment arrives in. We are unable to provide customs clearance estimates, but in most cases shipments can spend between one and three days in customs.
IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties will be charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What about shipping and delivery (time)?

Our fulfillment partner processes orders within one business day (Mon-Fri) if the order is placed before 12 noon, otherwise the following business day. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the carrier (DPD, Fedex, DHL, Deutsche Post). Once a package or shipment leaves our fulfillment center, you must contact the carrier shown in the shipping notification directly to resolve any delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when contacting the shipping service provider.

If you do not receive your goods within 7 working days of receiving the shipping number, please contact us.

Will my textile fit? What do you think about the sizes?

We have worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer fit many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products in a variety of shapes, including unisex and women's styles in a range of typical US style sizes (small to 4XL). Each product is different, so be sure to read the size guide on each page as some products may fit very well. As we launch new products, we will add even more information on product fitting and sizing. If you are unsure about your size, I always recommend choosing a size larger than you actually need. For women, even two sizes larger.

I need the order as a gift! How do I do that?

If you are ordering a gift, please inform us immediately after placing your order that it is a gift. We will then prioritize your order free of charge and try to deliver within 48 - 72 hours. In exceptional cases, the supplier sometimes has backlogs of goods. We will try to find a replacement so that there is no waiting time and will switch to a replacement item in the same color.
Otherwise, we will inform you in good time, within 24 hours, if your order is not available for delivery at short notice.

My discount code doesn't work!

Basically, every discount code (except shipping discounts) is only valid once for each customer! Check beforehand whether you have already used the code.
Important: Please type in the discount code and not use "Paste & Copy" - our shop system does not like that.

Is the smell of vinegar harmless for textiles?

With digital printing, a biodegradable, water-based solution is applied to the textile for pre-printing. If you notice a slight vinegar smell or a dye haze on the textile after unpacking your order, there is no need to worry. Both will disappear after the first wash. The printing ink we use is free of harmful substances and is Oeko-Tex 100 certified.

Why can't you call?

To contact me/us, please use the integrated chat function. I will respond within 24 hours. The mobile number provided is for WhatsApp. Calls about missing goods or shipping dates must also be checked by me first. I have no influence on the speed or printing process of production.
