Use:

These are clamps (risers) which are designed to be mounted on the original lower handlebar clamp. The higher and set-back handlebar position results in a more relaxed seating position and a more direct driving feel.

Note: The cables and wires are long enough (no modification necessary). The steering angle must be reduced because the handlebar riser easily hits the plastic of the ignition lock at maximum steering angle. Alternatively, the plastic part can also be removed.
