In some cases there are currently delivery bottlenecks, especially in the textile sector. This affects Organic Hoodie Full-Zipper and Sweater. I work exclusively with one of the largest German print on demand manufacturers, in some cases with a European supplier (embroidered items).
I attach great importance to processing all orders as quickly as possible. As a one-man show, this is sometimes not so easy. Please bear with me. I am therefore unable to accept telephone inquiries about delivery times or questions about orders. Please always ask me by email or WhatsApp message.
I am active on a variety of social media and here too it is difficult to organize, answer and prioritize every single order request or inquiry. As already mentioned, I always ask you to write an email. Rest assured, even if I don't respond right away - I will process your inquiries and also have to check with manufacturers.
Please remember: You are not buying from AMAZON with 1-BUY-CLICK and 24-hour delivery! All textile items are individually manufactured and delivered. Individual orders are processed with 24-hour priority. This means: If you order by 12 noon, the item will be "picked" (made ready from the warehouse) on the same day. It then goes into production and is printed. After that (usually 12 hours later) it goes into picking. This means that the item is checked for errors and only then does it go to the shipping department. Usually 48 hours later, the shipping label is created and the shipping service provider picks up the goods.
Normally it takes 3-4 working days for the item to reach you.
